tfw this is clearly 4:3 (VGA res) and someone tagged it 16:9.. good work

image is clearly 4:3 but it is designed for 16:9 without stretching distortion

Second post is correct. Bios image is 640x480 max, i.e. 4:3. It stretches this out to meet the screen, regardless of aspect ratio. 4:3 is 16:12, so if you want to design for 16:9 you have to squash it to 75% and then fill out the empty space.
